Saved games
When you start using the game, we set an essential browser cookie with a random identifier. Our server stores a protected representation of that identifier and your game progress. This lets you resume one game per variant without an account.
Your session and saved games expire after 180 days without an accepted game move. Expired data is removed by a scheduled server cleanup. Backups may retain earlier copies according to the hosting operator's backup schedule.
Preferences on your device
Card size, sorting, sound and motion preferences are stored in your browser. Clearing site data removes these preferences and the cookie needed to reach your saved games. Anonymous saves cannot be recovered without that cookie.
Usage measurements
We count events such as games started, rounds completed, hints used, and selected display settings. Counts are grouped by day and game. We also collect aggregate performance and active-time measurements. The event-count table does not store hands, names, email addresses or session identifiers. A separate record links your anonymous session to days you visited and played, so we can measure how often players return. Daily visit records are kept for up to 180 days, or removed sooner when your session is deleted or expires. A first-visit date remains with your session for return measurements. Aggregate measurements are kept for up to two years.
The application uses your connection's IP address temporarily in memory to limit abuse. The hosting platform may keep its own access and security logs. We do not include cookie values or card hands in application error logs.
Messages you send
Contact is by email. When you email us, your email provider and ours process your address and message so we can read and respond to your request. Do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Messages previously submitted through the retired anonymous form are removed from the application database within 90 days of submission.
Advertising and external services
This release has no advertising, third-party analytics scripts, tracking pixels or marketing cookies. Hosting and backup services process the data needed to operate the application. Source links lead to external websites with their own privacy practices.
Remove your saved games
The button below deletes this browser session and all three associated games from the live database. It also clears game preferences in this browser. The deletion cannot be undone. Previously aggregated usage counts contain no session identifier and remain in place.
Local hour and table companions
When a new game is created, your browser sends the hour of day, from 0 to 23. It is used to weight the selection of fictional table companions. We do not request your location or time-zone name for this feature. The selected companion identifiers are saved with the game; the local hour is not stored as a separate profile or advertising signal.
